The Centre of Development program is not only about developing our athletes, it is also a fantastic opportunity for Coaches all across NSW to get involved in the program and upskill themselves as a coach. Hockey NSW will support all coaches with personal development opportunities and provide them with the skills that they can also use in their local Association and Club.

By developing our coaches, our athletes are getting access to coaches that have a passion for the sport,  have a committment to upskilling themselves and are HockeyEd accredited and supported by Hockey NSW Staff and State Coaches.

Our culture should be inclusive, reflect PRIDE values, and promote a sense of well-being and belonging. By completing this EOI, all prospective COD coaches agree that they will follow our PRIDE values and work towards promoting a positive culture for all participants in the program.
