I acknowledge that my appointment as a Selector of a Hockey NSW Team or Squad requires Hockey NSW to provide me with access to certain confidential information. In consideration of Hockey NSW disclosing such information to me, I provide to Hockey NSW the undertakings set out in this letter.

1. For the purposes of this undertaking, 'Confidential Information' means all documents and information treated by Hockey NSW as confidential and disclosed to me for the discharge of my duties within the above position, including but not limited to:

(a) all documents and materials (whether oral, written or in computer generated or computer readable form) generated by me in undertaking my duties, and which incorporate or rely upon Confidential Information.

2. I acknowledge that I have no proprietary rights in the Confidential Information and that the Confidential Information is and remains the property of Hockey NSW.

3. I undertake to Hockey NSW for the benefit of Hockey NSW:

(a) to keep the Confidential Information confidential;
(b) that the Confidential Information will only be used exclusively and only to the extent necessary to discharge my duties;
(c) not to disclose, or grant third parties access to, the Confidential Information or any part of it without the prior written approval of the Hockey NSW Chief Executive Officer;
(d) not to make copies (in whatever form including but not limited to photography or photocopying) of the Confidential Information without the prior written approval of the Hockey NSW Chief Executive Officer;
(e) to take all precautions as may be necessary to maintain the secrecy and confidentiality of the Confidential Information;
(f) to return to Hockey NSW on request all documents and other materials (in whatever form) containing any Confidential Information;

4. This undertaking will continue indefinitely until the Confidential Information is published or otherwise made public by Hockey NSW. In most cases this is at the point a squad or team is announced on the Hockey NSW website.

5. I acknowledge that a breach of this undertaking may cause loss or damage to Hockey NSW that will entitle Hockey NSW to commence proceedings for relief by way of temporary or permanent injunction.

6. I indemnify Hockey NSW in respect of all liability suffered by Hockey NSW arising as a result of a breach of this undertaking.
