Hockey NSW sends 40 teams to Field Hockey and Indoor Hockey National Championships in the U14, U16, U18, U21 and Open age groups.
Field National Championships run for up to 10 days and Indoor National Championships run for 4 days. To attend these championships Hockey NSW calculates a player levy which is the cost of attendance divided by team members.

This cost can be come prohibitive for families with multiple siblings and/or athletes playing both Field and Indoor hockey. We want representing your state to be based on talent not whether you can afford it. Reducing cost to represent will keep players in our sport and create an inclusive environment.

Player sponsorship is one way in which you can assist the players selected in NSW State Hockey teams. Player sponsorship is a financial contribution to cover the player’s cost up to the amount of the player levy.

In return Hockey NSW can offer:
• Company name on the Hockey NSW website alongside players name.
• Company website on the Hockey NSW website alongside players name.
• A Social Media post promoting the sponsorship with company name for company to ‘share’.

Please note there is no minimum amount required for sponsorship.
