NSW Pride name 2024 Extended Squads
Published Fri 26 Jul 2024
With less than 100 days until the start of the 2024 Hockey One league season, the NSW Pride coaching staff have announced their extended Women and Men squads.
NSW Pride Women and Men's head coaches Scott Barker and Brent Livermore have announced a 34 and 35 athlete squad, including an international player in both squads who is yet to be named.
Barker and Livermore have named a number of Kookaburras and Hockeyroos, who are currently overseas for the upcoming Olympics. Amongst the squads there are a number of returning squad members and some new names in the mix. The squads will continue to train over the months ahead of the final squad announcement in early September.
For the first time in the Hockey One leagues 4 season history, NSW Pride will be hosting all three of their home matches in different locations across the state. This provides a great opportunity for some players to have the chance to play in front of a home crowd for the first time in the Hockey One league.
