5 NSW players announced in final Burras team for FIH Hockey Men's Junior World Cup

The 18 players to represent Australia at the FIH Hockey Men’s Junior World Cup 2023 in Malaysia have been finalised.

The announcement comes after a 20-player Burras squad was announced last Friday.

5 NSW players have been selected as part of the team. Hockey NSW would like to congratulate Nathan Czinner, Dylan Downey, Jake Lambeth, Toby Mallon and Michael Taylor on their selection and wish them luck in their matches. 

The Burras will depart for Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday 28 November ahead of their opening pool match against defending champions Argentina on 5 December.

The will be held in Kuala Lumpur from 5-16 December.

Every match of the tournament will be shown on Watch.Hockey.
