Play By The Rules is a free website which offers online training, information and resources for clubs and sporting organisations to ensure everyone involved in sport can do so in enjoyable, safe environments, free from discrimination or harassment.

Play by the Rules is a unique partnership between the Australian Sports Commission, Australian Human Rights Commission, all state and territory sport and recreation and anti-discrimination agencies and the Queensland Commission for Children, Young People and Child Guardian.

COMPLAINT HANDLING TOOL RELEASED

Play by the Rules has launched a new online interactive tool to assist clubs in decision making and processes for responding to and handling complaints.  The tool provides options and guidelines for dealing with different levels of complaints, from favouritism and team selection to assault and child abuse.  Throughout the tool are resources, videos and printable information sheets that provide comprehensive guidance and procedures that can be applied within clubs.  The tool can be found on the Play by the Rules website, click here to go to the Complaint Handling Tool.
