Come and Try Days 

Hockey NSW affliated Clubs and Associations organise various free Come and Try programs across the state annually. These intiatives aim to introduce individuals to Hockey within a secure and supervised setting. Typically, equipment is provided, and the sessions cater to beginners and all ages (depending on the Club and Association).

What do you gain from playing Hockey?

Participating in Come and Try days offers an excellent opportunity to start your Hockey journey.

Nepean Queer Hockey program is a safe, inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ players and allies. Hockey sticks are available. All players must have shin pads and mouthguards. Parking is within the University Grounds in Area P29.

Maitland Hockey 8 & 9 March

Maitland Hockey Centre, Maitland Hockey Turf, Elgin Street, Maitland

Open to age groups U6 - U18

Hockey 5s - entry is FREE! Primary School on Saturday 8th March, High School on Sunday 9th March. No prior hockey experience needed and a stick can be provided. 5 player per team - enter a team of friends or let us put you in a a team.
