ACOD is an extension of and replicates the very successful Centre of Development program conducted for the U13 and U15 age groups. This Adult version of the program provides the opportunity for all players from 19 years of age to 85 years of age to develop in a positive and engaging training environment. ACOD is for members of all abilities, both field players and goal keepers.
