During the 2020 January school holidays Casey Sablowski will be running 8 Hockey clinics throughout Wollongong and the Central Coast. Each clinic will be capped at 20 athletes to increase the amount of individualised athlete feedback. At each location there will be 4 x 2 hour clinics run across 2 days. Each day  will be organised by age and level of ability to ensure the correct detail of information is provided to the athletes

Day 1: 11-13 yrs (6th & 13th of January)
9am - 11am Fundamental techniques clinic (registration from 8:30am)
12pm - 2pm Advanced techniques clinic (registration from 11:30am)

Day 2: 14-16yrs & 17 + yrs (7th & 14th of January)
9am - 11am 14-16 yrs Combined Techniques clinic (registration from 8:30am)
12pm - 2pm 17+ Combined Techniques clinic (registration from 11:30am)

Delivers core receiving and distribution skills tailored to those athletes at a club level of competition.

Advanced Techniques

Delivers core receiving and distribution skills tailored to those athletes at a regional and state level of representation. 

Combined Techniques

Delivers core receiving and distribution skills to those athletes with varying abilities.

What will be taught during each session?
Distribution Skills – Feed Pass, Hit, Slap, Reverse Edge/Tomahawk
Reception Skills – How to receive in movement, Forehand, Backhand, Post Up
 

Cost
$55 per athlete inclusive of:
• 2 hour detailed skill clinic taught by 3 x Olympian and Commonwealth Gold Medallist
• Fruit for short break
