The Western region Adult COD program is based on the same program as the ACOD program, however it is a one day session and will help any player aged over 18 improve their hockey. There will be two separate events held in the Western Region, one in Lithgow and one in Parkes and they will run from 10am till 3pm.
Program offerings include;
- Core Skill Development
- Specialty Skill Development
- Game knowledge – the way the modern game is played for both men and women
- Modified games to enhance game knowledge understanding
- Coach Development and opportunity to gain accreditation
