Hockey 5's Junior Competition is a mix between indoor hockey and outdoor hockey to provide a fast paced action packed game. Perfect for the seasoned hockey player and new comers to the game. The field will be smaller and boarded so that the ball remains in play to allow more involvement for individuals. 

The competition will run on a Friday evening from November 2nd - December 14th 2018 and will pick up again after christmas on January 18th - February 15th 2019. Games will be split into 3 categories: U11's at 5pm, U15's and U18's from 5:45pm-8pm. Games will consist of 3 x 12 minute thirds. 

Competition rules include:

• Pushing Only
• 3m from free hit
• 3-D skills are allowed
• Long corners instead of short corners 
• After 3 long corners have accrued in each third and 1v1 shoot out will be taken. 
• No drilling/forcing the ball through a player
• Passivity rule - no time wasting
