Presented by: Hockey NSW Participation Manager Kate Pulbrook and panelists Aaron Nolan, Emerson Osterberg and Jenny Cornelius

The workshop will see us host our LGBTIQ+ Ambassadors, who will be sharing tips on how you can make your Association, Club, Team and facility more welcoming and a safe space for all members.
If you don’t know where to start, want to know what small things you can implement, understand why it’s important, than this is the workshop for you.

This Education Series workshop is aimed at Association Committee members, Clubs committee members, Coaches, Umpires, Members, Parents = everyone has a role to play to ensure our sport is inclusive to all.

Hockey NSW and HA are committed to providing safe, fun and inclusive environments for all people, including those of diverse sexulaties and genders. Hockey NSW has zero tolerance to any form of bullying, harrasment and/or vilification towards people with diverse sexualities and/or genders. This includes forms of homophobia, biphobia and/or transphobia. We're passionate about helping people lead happy, healthy and actives lives and by having these conversations we can raise awareness and increase education for those involved in our sport.

Our Education Series is dedicated to upskilling our grassroots volunteers on various topics related to hockey, which we hope will reduce the burden on our local community heroes and create a more positive overall experience for our members across the State.

An email will be sent to all registered participants before the session with details and a link to access the Zoom.
